[Ibogaine] how do I get friends validated inside MindVox?

You've actually posted it twice now.

To see what everybody else sees, look at the archives, which are: http://www.mindvox.com/pipermail/ibogaine/

For December, it'd be: http://www.mindvox.com/pipermail/ibogaine/2013-December/date.html

You've sent 2 messages called "Silver" at this point.

There is occasional lag because the list is very large, new accounts are added, old ones that unsubscribe or start bouncing are automagically removed, but the membership has hovered at about 10,000 subscribers for half a decade or so.

Lag means: it may take 3 minutes from the time you hit send, until the time everybody receives your message, but there is never a time where it'll take hours or days, unless there are technical problems, which can happen, but it tends to happen for everybody, not just one person, and is at our end. There haven't been any issues for a few months since we finished transitioning the list to new servers.

Not seeing your own posts can relate to either your own list settings -- you've told the mailing list not to send duplicate copies, and mail you back your own posts which are already sitting in your Sent mail box -- or how you've configured your email client (look in your spam folder, if they're in there, check them and mark them as Not Spam).
